      網友回復：如果大車滿載貨物，强踩刹車極容易導致側翻，側翻更可怕，本來大車占理，但是不踩刹車法律上會認為大車有責任，哪怕是點刹，也是小車負全責，當然要看大車是否超載，占道等問題。其次，大車保險算的很，他才不怕撞到人，珍愛生命，遠離大車
 
     網友回復：雨天路滑，踩了也沒多大用處，或者大車司機已經踩了呢？估計是大車司機高估了小車司機，以為點一下刹車小車就過去了，沒曾想小車司機動作遲緩，就撞上了
