中國交通事故：沒有機車駕駛證情况下報警會不會被處罰？Traffic accidents in China: will the police be punished without a driver's license?

     踏板機車和一輛小車🚗出車禍了。我直行他右側轉彎然後我們撞到一起了，我的車速應該在20公里左右。問題是家裡的機車有牌有證還有保險，小車司機也是，但是我沒有機車駕駛證。請問這種情況下報警，我會不會因為沒有機車駕駛證而收到拘留或者其他處罰？

      網友回復：你沒有駕照是行政違法行為，跟交通事故沒有因果關係。也就是說不會影響此次事故的定責。事故處理完後，再處理你無證駕駛的行為。按法律來說，是可以，但並不一定要拘留你的。
